Terms of Service

By booking a vehicle or using our digital reservation services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and Royal Chauffeur Tourism L.L.C, registered under the Dubai Economy & Tourism Department (DET) in the United Arab Emirates.

All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our automated online booking widget. Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time incur no cancellation fees. Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours of scheduled pickup are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable and will be charged at 100% of the booking value.

Prestige charters require a valid credit card pre-authorization or deposit at the time of reservation. The final fare is processed upon route completion. For daily and weekly bookings, corporate clients are invoiced on pre-agreed net payment structures. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers.

All our chauffeurs are certified by the Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA) and undergo rigorous defensive driving training. Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times inside the vehicles in accordance with UAE federal traffic regulations. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of food or alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside our fleet.

All initial rates quoted are fully inclusive of premium fuel, 5% VAT (Value Added Tax) as mandated by the UAE Federal Tax Authority, Salik (toll gates) incurred during the ride, and airport parking fees. No extra hidden charges will be appended to your invoice for routes within the selected Emirate, unless custom routes/waiting times are requested.

While we strive to guarantee absolute punctuality, Royal Chauffeur Tourism L.L.C is not liable for delayed pickups or route delays caused by traffic accidents, RTA road closures, adverse sandstorms, extreme weather, or airport customs delays. Passenger liability is covered under comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance policies in accordance with UAE RTA requirements.
