This includes your name, email address, phone number, pickup/drop-off addresses, flight details for airport transfers, billing details, and any specific chauffeur requests (e.g. child seats, luggage capacities). We also collect automatic usage data, such as IP addresses and device details, when you browse our booking platform.

Your personal data is processed strictly for administrative and operational purposes: confirming bookings, scheduling drivers, calculating route logistics, issuing invoices, verifying credit details, and providing real-time WhatsApp dispatch notifications. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer databases to third-party advertising companies.

We store all client data on secure, encrypted cloud databases in compliance with UAE Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection laws. Access to trip itineraries and passenger details is strictly restricted to operations and dispatch managers on a need-to-know basis. Payment transactions are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant financial partners.

Our platform uses cookies and tracker pixels to remember your local preferences (such as language and currency settings) and to analyze web traffic statistics. You can manage, disable, or clear cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may prevent certain interactive features of our booking widget from functioning.

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold, ask for corrections to outdated records, object to marketing communications, or request the permanent deletion of your profile and trip history from our active operational systems.
