Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed after full payment or deposit.
- Cancellations 24 hours before the booking are refundable; late cancellations may incur fees.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
Vehicle Use
- Rented vehicles must be returned on time with the agreed fuel level.
- Prohibited activities include illegal use, off-road driving, or racing.
- Renters are responsible for tolls, fines, and damages during the rental period.
Insurance
- Vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance with terms and deductibles.
- Insurance excludes damage caused by negligence or illegal activities.
Privacy
- Personal data is collected for booking purposes and protected under UAE laws.
Legal
- These terms are governed by UAE laws, and disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.
