I booked Airport Transfer service through my bank’s Credit Card. They designated Abdul Rafay for the pick up from T3, he was coordinating via WhatsApp since morning when our flight was landing in the night. He was very professional and was available on time at the location he confirmed to us at the Airport. We found him to be very humble and patient with the exiting traffic post midnight and dropped us smoothly home.

Mr. Faisal has lived in Dubai for over 30 years, so his knowledge of the city is truly impressive. We only needed to tell him the places we wanted to visit each day, and he would plan the best routes, helping us avoid traffic and save a lot of time.
He is a very kind, polite, cheerful, and trustworthy person. What we appreciated most was his punctuality — he was always on time and very professional throughout our trip.
Initially, we booked a 3-day full-day service, but because we were so satisfied with the service, we decided to extend our booking for 2 more days so that Mr. Faisal could show us more around the city.
