2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 Bookings can be made via rct.ae, WhatsApp at +971 54 351 6565, or by emailing info@rct.ae. You can also use our Quick Booking form.

2.2 A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from RCT via email or WhatsApp.

2.3 You are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and passenger count. For airport transfer services, please provide your flight number so our chauffeur can track your arrival.

2.4 For group travel, please check our Luxury Buses and Luxury Vans options for appropriate vehicle selection.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash as agreed at booking.

3.2 All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

3.4 RCT reserves the right to adjust pricing during public holidays or peak periods, communicated before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Standard Bookings:

Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund

Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee

No-shows or cancellations after chauffeur dispatch: Full charge applies

4.2 Airport Transfers:

Cancellations at least 12 hours before pickup: Full refund

Flight cancellations: Notify us immediately for penalty-free rescheduling

4.3 Hourly & Full-Day Bookings:

Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: Full refund

Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% retention applies

4.4 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rct.ae.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

5.1 Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the confirmed time. Waiting beyond 15 minutes (30 minutes for airport pickups) may incur additional charges.

5.2 RCT is not liable for lost or forgotten personal belongings.

5.3 Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited in all RCT vehicles — including our Limousines, Luxury Vans, and Luxury Buses.

5.4 Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged at full repair or replacement cost.

5.5 Passengers must comply with the maximum occupancy of the booked vehicle. Browse appropriate options in our Fleet.

6. Chauffeur & Service Standards

6.1 All RCT chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and background-verified in compliance with UAE RTA regulations.

6.2 RCT may substitute the assigned vehicle with an equivalent or superior vehicle in unforeseen circumstances, without liability to the client. View all available vehicles in our Luxury Fleet.

7. Liability & Limitations

7.1 RCT is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, flight delays, or force majeure events.

7.2 RCT’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total value paid for the specific booking in question.

7.3 RCT carries comprehensive vehicle insurance as required by UAE law. Passengers are encouraged to carry personal travel insurance.

8. Vehicle Use & Conditions

8.1 All vehicles — from our economy sedans to Rolls-Royce chauffeur service — are maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety standards.

8.2 Pets must be disclosed at booking time. Child seats are available on request for services including family airport transfers and Dubai tours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on rct.ae is the exclusive intellectual property of Royal Chauffeur Tourism LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Amendments

RCT may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at rct.ae/terms-of-service.
